Dr. Munger is the Director of the Center for Smell and Taste and Professor and Vice-Chair of Pharmacology and Therapeutics. His research is focused on understanding the molecular basis of chemosensory transduction in olfaction and taste.
Smell disorders are remarkably common: It is estimated that up to 15 percent of the population have experienced a loss, reduction, or distortion of their sense of smell. If you are experiencing smell loss or a smell or taste impairment, the UF Health Smell Disorders Program may be able to help.
Best wishes to @MonellSc as they start their next chapter!
